At 13 weeks, we can determine the gender with a very high accuracy. If you are further than 13 weeks and the gender cannot be determined, we invite you back for a weekday appointment within 14 days for a complimentary rescan. The need for a return visit is usually due to the baby’s position.

Sweet Pea 4D can perform an ultrasound at any time during pregnancy. Many mothers like coming in twice – once early on (16-26 weeks) when they can see the baby as a whole, and once between 26-34 weeks to see a more detailed face. Every baby is different, and we obtain great images at all times!

Depending on the baby, some sleep throughout the ultrasound or keep their face down while others are quite active. At times, you can see your little Sweet Pea touching his/her face, sucking his/her thumb, and smiling.
